Middlebury, VT | Outdoor Programs Assistant | Since July 2024

Managed event logistics and secured funding from 10+ corporate sponsors to expand outdoor programming and student engagement.
Planned and executed two new student orientations, coordinating 60+ trips for 800 students while overseeing 100+ student leaders.
Developed a comprehensive, 200+ page handbook and implemented a new automated software system for the Middlebury Mountain Club to improve organizational efficiency.
Organized No Man's Land Film Festival and Lap-a-thon charity fundraiser, attracting 500+ attendees to create open and inclusive outdoor recreational spaces.

Lake Placid, NY | Johns Brook Lodge Hut Crew | June – September 2023

Provided services to 1,500+ hikers while promoting environmental stewardship and Leave No Trace principles.
Coordinated and operated a full-service backcountry lodge with a backcountry kitchen, solar power, water treatment, waste storage, propane power, radio and satellite communication, and other key operational systems.
Served as a liaison between hikers and DEC rangers & rescue operations.
